Policies:

in after 3:00 p.m. Check out by 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking
is permitted outdoors only.
- Briarcliffe
is not appropriate for young children or pets.
- A credit
card guarantee holds your room until arrival.
- We prefer
personal checks, since all income from the B&B goes directly
for medical, humanitarian relief in Nepal.
- No charge
for cancellation with ten days notice. Less than ten days
notice makes you responsible for your reservation, unless
we are able to re-rent your room.

night minimum stay on most weekends.
